Shipping Methods and Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using PUDO. All orders are dispatched in plain, securely packaged parcels. We do not offer collections.
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees
PUDO locker to locker is R60.00 and PUDO locker to door is R120.00. Delivery is free on orders over R2,500.00. If you choose the locker to locker option you will be asked at checkout to tell us which PUDO locker is closest to you.
Delays and Courier Issues
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control. Where we are made aware of a delay affecting your order, we will let you know.
Address and Locker Accuracy
Please check your delivery address, or your chosen locker, carefully before placing your order. Where a parcel has to be sent again because the details supplied were incorrect or incomplete, the additional courier cost is for your account.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. For damage claims, send us clear photographs of both the outer packaging and the product so that we can take the matter up with the courier.
